Melody Pierce - Ultimate Ghost Hunter - Melody becomes a big target for bullying by Norah because of her awkward and timid personality. She tends to explain odd things with the supernatural, and often has a difficult time accepting when other people are correct about stuff.

I imagine her voice as very high pitched and kinda nasally. 

If I had to describe what I want her voice to sound like based on already existing Danganronpa characters, I would say Himiko from Danganronpa V3, but a lot less tired sounding.
