Hector Temmis runs a postal service. He's a simple guy with simple needs. It's a shame that his employee turned to magic to finish the job quicker. Now he has to report his grievance to the Council of Nine, which is a much fancier place than he's certainly used to.


I was thinking initially of a cockney accent. but Honestly I am open to interpretation.
