a somewhat recurring character, Pokey is a snarky douche that ends up becoming a huge pain for the heroes.

since he comes from eagleland which is basically America, I'm looking for an American accent. as for voice, I'm looking for the voice of a trollish, smartarse backstabbing voice we all want to kill.  of course, if you want you can try and surprise me.
