Octavia is the leader of a group of "warriors" and "savages" Forest and his friend's encounter. She is tough, aggressive, and a very good leader. She doesn't express a lot of emotion when speaking with others, however she is still a teenager living in a rough world, so she can be understanding at points.
*harshly* "Love is what makes you weak. You have become weak. I see through you, Forest. You are not a weak person."
*defensive, yet keeping her cool* "That’s where you’re wrong, Forest. I took into consideration your feelings of empathy for this girl...I sent out trackers this morning and they followed the trail to the end. The rest is up to the scouts to find."
*authoritive* "You are in our territory and we do not make peace here."
