The maid is a particularly small lady aged around 64, she has a cigarette permanently attached to her mouth and spills ash on the carpets as she cleans. Her voice is the product of years of smoking, a bit like Marge’s sisters in The Simpsons. She wears the uniform but one stocking has slid down, she doesn’t really care for customer service or room cleanliness but knows the script and can rasp out the basics to customers.
