Joey is a very colorful character. He's very crass, rude, violent, and one out of every 5 words is a curse word. He's small, 5'3, but well built and toned. He has a tattoo (and in the anthro world, getting tattoos is known to be extremley painful as it is redesigning yoru fur pattern) and he aspires to be known for rap.
He joined Belladonna because he felt he was obliged to. Once in the gang, Joey felt he was finally at home and do whatever he wanted to do because of the amount of money he got for being one of Dante's right hand men. His childhood best friend, Tiny, also followed him in his pursuit of drug ang gang activity.
He couldnt be happier and follows after Dante because he beleives everything the leader says with a lot of passion in his heart.
His voice, for the lack of a better term, mimicks Eminem but when he was younger with a Boston type accent. Also, the voice actor must be able to rap well as that is part of Joey character. It is optional to submit a rap piece in your audition.
To make it easier, Joey's voice is exactly like Eminem in his rap "Kim"

(Threatning, dangerous) If he were mad at me, he woulda done something about it a long time ago when I bashed my dad’s skull in, ay? Keep your nose to yourself, Bell. Don’t tell me how religion runs.
(Daydream, in love) Nah, I’ve been here only one time before. Met a girl here. That don’t count none, it’s a whore house. Still, they got one girl here- (sigh)She aint one of them girls you have fun with. She one of those girls that make men go crazy. Just by starin’ at ya. I only seen ‘er once.
