The professor is an old man who's left without a name, and is only identified by his title, the professor. He's somewhat clumsy and bumbling, often falling minutes behind on whatever discoveries he's found, and is seen as somewhat of a hack in the scientific community, and he's attempted to gather up as many monsters as he can to prevent the oncoming demon invasion. Only having a minor role in this episode, (two lines), he'll evolve into having a major role in the next.

For the first line: The professor, after having worked himself up to come onto stage, steps out to address the loud, talkative crowd in the large conference hall. 

For the second line: This second line is a continuation of the previous statement, after all of the monsters before him have settled down and turned their attention toward him. Addressing the well-known reason they are all present in that room, and about to lay in to what he believes they all must do to save themselves in the coming months.
