Mel is one of two Shrimp Cultists that we see in the story. Him and his partner, Marg are fond of playing tricks on local NPCs. Basicaly, Mel is a softball villain in the realm of Jesse and James from Pokemon. No particular voice in mind for him, as of now. 

  • (Praying to a divine shrimp based Goddess) Oh divine Caridea, Shrimpy Goddess of the Universe, lend us your shrimp based power so that we may initiate these new members into your Shoal!

  • (Taunting the main characters) You’re what? Going to rip us to shreds? You’re a starting zone Mob, sweetheart. Level what? 3? 4?! We’re your natural progression. You can’t take on both of us.
