Chinu-Chinu is built up as a powerful, dark lord of blood and evil, but actually resembles an over-stressed, agitated boss/mayor who's constantly having his work and his progress set back by matters outside of his control. Prone to massive temper-tantrums and freakouts, he's stuck dealing with a booming population in his own hell-dimension, and wants Earth for real-estate. Needing his right-hand man to acquire the 5 shards of his being to summon him to Earth. Ideally the best way to play him is not to speak as a dark lord, but rather as an extremely frustrated middle-aged man.

For the first line: Being summoned in a spectral form by his right-hand man, the camera pans up behind him to show the lord being given form, though he's been summoned in the middle of a phone-call, and it's one that isn't going well. He's constantly being cut off by the person on the other line, and it's clear that the call's been going on for about an hour. Though he realizes he's gotten another call, and informs the person on the other line, turning around, exploding in frustration, only to realize who he's shouting at. Taking a breath, realizing that he might actually hear something good, for once. Literally begging for any kind of good news.

For the second line: Chinu-Chinu has settled down, hearing that one of the 5 artifacts have been claimed, and that one of the monsters that could prevent him from being re-summoned has been killed. Though he realizes that his right-hand man said that he's probably died "by now", and CC quickly becomes wary of his ally's phrasing.

For the third line: Chinu-Chinu realizes that the biggest threat to his operation might still be alive and explodes in frustration at his partner's calm demeanor toward the potential jeopardizing of their entire mission. But he quickly composes himself, realizing that they've at least made some progress toward world domination.
