Exactly how it sounds- go with any accent you want but extra points if you can somehow pull inspiration from Jonathan Groff's king voice, or an exaggerate British voice. Everything here is supposed to be overly casual, kinda half-assed looking, so he isnt actually gonna be too fancy.
