John Millard has been working for NEXUS for decades, ever since he finished high school. Most of his family is now gone, including his wife and son. Now all he has left is his daughter, Carmen, and NEXUS. As soon as Clarke joined NEXUS, he's been helping him with the work, and teaching him everything he needs to know. He's committed to his work, and will obey anything NEXUS orders him to do. Deep down, he is quite afraid, but he doesn't tend to show it.
