Zoey is the main character of the show; as such, she should have a lovable, knock-about charisma that can carry her through her problems. Zoey is a bit of a follower, and has a tendency to be stuck in what she knows as opposed to breaking the mold. I've described her as having the kind of "tired energy" that displays itself lovingly in an extrovert. Zoey's voice should be familiar, like that of an old friend.
(Realizing that she is out of place in a strange world) Wh-where am I!? What is this place? Trees with leaves? Sunshine? THIS ISN’T RIGHT! I DON’T BELONG HERE! *Beginning to hyperventilate* Ok, Zoey. Calm down.
Just remember your zombie training: The ol’ shuffle and moan. You may have just been teleported to a place you’ve never been for seemingly no reason, but remember what Captain Zed said “When in doubt: The Ol’ Shuffle and Moan”
(Trying to play off an embarrassing situation) Ok, I wasn’t “talking to myself.” Captain Zed says you gotta stay motivated. “Put some pep in that step, Zoey. Those limbs aren’t going to eat themselves.” It was more of like a pep talk.
(Struggling though a forest) *Pant* I thought you said you knew where this town was.
