The weaker of the Elite Duo, Ruco is the tactical one between himself and his brute sister Gula, although he does still have the power that puts him in the same league as his sister. Ruco is very egocentric, thinking of no one else but himself (except towards his sister and his king Saylm), as well as very irrational despite his tactics, which leads to him making very absurd decisions whenever he’s backed into some kind of corner. However, he does have a kind and considerate nature towards those he chooses are higher than himself and is quick to learn and understand his situations, which makes him a dangerous advisory in battle as he surpasses in skill what he lacks in strength.

I'm looking for someone that could capture Ruco's irrational yet tactical personality: someone who could pull his irrationality and capable of being a jerk mostly until he lets up around his sister and during moments where he thinks out his situation. Think of it as a mix from Persona 5's Goro Akechi (as he thinks or acts around his sister) to Persona 4's Tohru Adachi ( as he becomes irrational).
