The Goblins in this abridged are actually quite civilized and sophisticated. They are university/ college students studying in caves. However people keep going in the caves to disturb them and they do retaliate and also seek to experiment with humans to learn more about them and to pass on their science project. Will probably cast 2 people for this role.

Voice: Any Range (There are Many Goblins) Any voice can do really but in the end it has to sound nerdy, civilized and smarmy.

I have always been drawn to storytelling.

It was what drove me to explore narratives through writing, music, and how they are directed. It was what lead me to DeSales University where I earned a degree in Television and Film Production. And it is what brought me to where I am now. Literally telling stories!

Every story has a singular that its telling relies upon, and that is its voice. Every story needs someone to tell it, and through training, experience and raw skill I am uniquely equipped to provide that voice.

My name is Patrick Mealey, and I'm a professional voice actor.

You may recognize me as the man behind the voice of Jonathan in War Islands, Veras in The Divine Speaker, Masato Kurogane in Lucid9: Inciting Incident, Nine in Scattershot, and Skipp in Ramshackle. You may have also heard me singing or performing in various YouTube videos.

My performance style creates an immersive atmosphere whether it be video games, animation, commercials, e-learning or audiobooks. I specialize in youthful voices ideal for the young action protagonist, the quirky best friend, or an eccentric villain.

I have spent half my life studying music, developing a keen ear and becoming a trained vocalist. These skills have taught me that even the smallest of factors can make the biggest changes in audio quality. Not only has this insight proved the importance of maintaining my audio equipment to professional quality levels, it has guided me as the casting and voice director of various projects.
