Previously a fighter against the government back on Amber's home planet, Professor Files acts as the trio's guidance, and often helps them not only to fight against the shadows, but also helps them as a reluctant father figure, making sure they always know what is the right choice.

Many people crack a lot of jokes about his name (as you'd expect), and often loses his temper over it.

  • Mildly annoyed: Alright, I took AMBER in for training, not you two as well. [a short pause] 

    But, as you're both laundering around like idiots, I might as well amuse you two too. Now slice that teddy bear's head off with this knife.

  • Shocked: That was unbelievable. Absolutely astounding! Positively EXTRODINARY! Now go again and do it better.  

  • Reluctantly: Look, I'm not here to baby you and pander to your every need... Well, alright, I am-- But look inside yourself. Think about what you're proposing here! You three are friends, no matter how much you may dislike to admit that. What Shadows always want are for friends to fight, so they can eat away at you. I know many a man who've fallen for it's deadly trap.
