Basically going for a Ugandan Knuckles character. Yes it sounds like we're riding it off of a dead meme but rest assured there will be more thought and character added to Pa'Tulu than Ugandan Knuckles and the original Lizard Shaman. We are planning on giving Pa'Tulu his own lore and family lineage.

Voice: Deep range, South African with a hint of an English Accent. Like Ugandan Knuckles, however should sound more sophisticated and civilised. So imagine like a rich and smart African Warlord that owns like 10 banana plantations and has a master degree in law.
