Tsuyuki's personality can be characterized by two words: energetic and emotional. She is extremely extroverted, but she often find herself in awkward situations.

Her voice should be just like her demeanor: pumped-up but a little girly. She has a softer side, too, which shows mainly when she is sad, embarrassed or low on energy.
