– Marquess Ostia. The older brother of Hector.
The strong-willed older brother of Hector. He became the marquess of Ostia after their parents died from a sudden illness.
He overtaxed his body managing the many affairs of Ostia, and trying to control Hector and prevent him from doing dangerous and reckless things. He became more like a father to Hector, despite Hector's many protests against Uther's overprotective behavior. However, Uther later began to suffer from an illness similar to the one that had killed their parents.
