Yuri Shimabukuro is a famous barista, notable for her service at the Homuro Yaoi Cafe. There, she dresses up as a man and serves patrons with a smile on her face. Most customers do not realize she is a woman, however, due to her convincing male voice.
She is a very frail and sickly girl. Her voice can sound weak and shaky at times, causing many around her to worry that she is ill. However, she can muster up the strength to be an emotional and lighthearted person, and will be able to display her full range of emotions (even if it hurts her a little). She has a tendency to make perverted comments, and teases others frequently. She knows her boundaries though, and will not attempt to make others uncomfortable.
Her voice should sound androgynous when she is attempting to speak like a man, but when normal talking, she has a feminine, mid ranged voice.
*in her male voice* Heya there, you handsome stud! I'm Yuri Shimabukuro, the Ultimate Barista. Wanna sit and chat with me for a bit? *pause, then transition to female voice* Jeez, I'm just kidding! Hasn't Nana (Nah-Nah) told you who I am already?
*sickly voice* H-Huh? Yeah, I'm fine. Stairs sure are rough, huh? Wish we had an elevator....then I could....uh...bring you guys my portable coffee stand!
My cafe is only fun to those who come and go. For me and the others working there, we have to put up with a lot of abuse from grabby patrons. My manager is telling off some woman nearly every other day. The old folk in our area are also very vocal in their disapproval of boy love. We get a rock through our windows every other month.
