Really go for it with sounding like Sailor Mars. She should sound a little flirtatious and talk with a slight valley girl accent. She's not dumb at all, but her crush on the main male protagonist can make her sound air headed. Reya has a bad temper, however, so she would then sound rougher and more naggy. 


DESCRIPTION: She's one of the main male protagonist's best friends. She's known him since elementary school. She's fun and fiesty.
