The vigorous and control freakish ruler of Underland, who believes that he must act in a certain way to adapt to whatever job he is given. He favors to watch over the souls in his realm, like a game master as he must force his rules for there ever to be order.
Though for a cruel dictator, he is reasonable to give you a chance……...not for honor though ……….he just finds it amusing.
His voice is strong and deep, and very clear to accommodate his master plans and or games
