Genpaku Yamamoji is the Ultimate Inspirational Speaker. He is a constant optimist, and always tries to cheer people up. He may come off as a little abrasive when doing so, however. His voice is very similar to Hagakure from the first game.

Vocal range: Medium. I'm looking for a voice with a lot of punch and expression.
