Stephanie is a child adopted by the Bakugos. Katsuki didn't want her at first but Eijiro eventually convinced him after adopting a dog they named Bomb.

They specifically chose her because her quirk is like a combo of the two's.

Her personality is pretty similar to Katsuki's, with huge anger issues and little kindness. Eijiro tries to reform her.
