Marcus is an African-American man in his prime, between the ages of 25-30. He is the Co-Founder of Genetech and the most brilliant mind in the world. He is a top notch scientist and very ethically grounded, which often leads to major disagreements between himself and his fellow Co-Founder Simon. Hungry to change the world, Marcus embarks on his mission of creating the world's greatest technology, Artificial Intelligence.
Context for lines:
Line 1: AI is impossible, so Marcus thinks. He's already spent billions and years of his life going nowhere fast. His business partner is still trying to convince him otherwise.
Line 2: Marcus has discovered that many of the innovative products he's designed have been repurposed for the military. He is confronting his business partner about it.
Line 3: Marcus knows that his AI design isn't ready to go online, but business is business and is coming online anyway. Marcus is trying to appeal to the human side of his business partner.
Line 1: Artificial Intelligence? Simon we abandoned that project because it wasn't going anywhere. No one has gotten anywhere.
Line 2: We can't get involved in military application, all our products are designed to help people not to kill them!
Line 3: I know your heart is in the right place, but if this thing comes online before its ready the consequences could be disasterous.
