Prince Bertram Charles is spineless and a follower. He takes the lead from his older sisters and brother more than thinking for himself. He can be shown to let them order him around. While he doesn't want to overstep his boundaries, he does want to rule the kingdom and has been playing it off as if he doesn't want to do it.
