Isabelle is Misty's mother and Nicholas's wife. Prior to the series, she was shown to care very much for her daughter and her safety, she told her to run far away and not to look back. Over the course of time she has developed a more fierce personality now wielding the bow and arrow to deal with her targets. She never had a close relationship with her son Evan because he resents her for leaving him. 

She has a kind heart and truly cares for Misty. She only wants the best for her even though she continues to run.
