Little Miss, as her robotic servants call her, is a 9 year old girl who has lived her entire life in an underground shelter. Tended to by her robots, she has been coddled and spoiled and treats her mechanical servants with little, if any respect. But she knows that they are the only family she has ever had, and despite her treatment of them cares very much for them. She has never had an empty stomach, and knows nothing of the wastes and the wretched survivors who struggle to live another day on the surface above her. Growing increasingly defiant and restless, she seeks to leave the underground metal coffin she calls home and see what the outside world is really like. Like her parents, she is extremely intelligent. The tech in the shelter is primitive to her, and she often reprograms her favorite robot to amuse her.
