Depa Bilaba is the former Padawan of Mace Windu. She stays back at the Jedi Temple and  makes plans on how the strike teams should advance.

I don't think she actually has a Canon voice. Since she appears to be Indian, it would make sense if she had a slight accent to match.

  • Then Naeshaan's Lightsaber would have been useless...she didn't stand a chance.

  • This is distressing...Jedi Blood spilled within the Temple boundaries.
