Shigure is probably the most uptight fake guy you'll ever meet, he learned a lot about law from his father who's city council member, but all that good talent has gone to waste. He's in it for the big buck for a strange reason. He might just be the Kirigiri of this story. We'll see, but currently he's a sleazy yet, he's a cool guy to hang around. But he's got a great smile so who cares?!
