Spencer has a sort of Australian accent and he's very flirtatious, chill and charming and suave, has a lot of energy in him especially when acting.

This is very good take on the character. My suggestion would be for some more energy with character, He's the type to market products as a sort of spokesman in conversation. Also he's a bit of a Casanova, so adding flirtation would be very good with the way he speaks. Other than that, it sounds great so far!
