Evan seeks revenge for what happened to him when he was a child. His brain has been taken on twists and turns to the point of insanity. He believes that to “fix” the world and society he must eliminate everyone and start fresh. He’s a leader of a bandit gang (which doesn’t have a name and won’t ever for story reasons) and their main objective is to persecute those who aren’t willing to join. They take bounties from other criminals (although they don’t strive for money). His whole attitude is based around the bandits and he has a raspy sounding voice. (He’s 33 years old). (Also yes a female could play this role since Evan has an androgynous voice).
