Enrolls in Kouryou Academy with the hope of getting stronger so he can avenge the death of his younger sister Otoha. He is dubbed an Irregular for having a shield for a Blaze. He learns a powerful punch attack to use in conjunction with his Blaze. Julie sometimes refers to him as Thor. After spending some time with Julie, his goal switches from avenging his sister to becoming strong so that he can protect Julie. He obtains the Level 4 Sublimition which is "Aegis Desire".
"My name is Tor Kokonoe, and I have enrolled in a school that revolves around battling in duos. Each fighter here wields a special weapon that's linked with our souls, called a Blaze. Upon entering the school, Chairman Sakuya Tsukumo, forced the students to battle one-on-one to see who will be granted enrollment."
I had to battle this hot girl, Imari Nagakura, who was the first person I interacted with upon walking towards the school.During the battle, a silver-haired girl kept checking me out, seeing how I wielded a powerful stun punch, and a shield as my Blaze, against Imari's katana. Having something like a shield instead of an actual weapon made me an Irregular. I beat Imari, not hurting her though, as I restrained myself while using my stun punch. I don't abuse women, ladies. Imari waved goodbye afterwards. I'm gonna miss her, because I know I totally won't see her again in this series.”
