He is a leader of the White Tigers, the ninjas of Autumn Village, but he would rather be a subordinate instead of a leader. Rindoh often acts as the mediator in the group because of all of the arguments. Kind and mature, he is the brotherly type who likes to tease everyone. According to his in-game profile, he is a daredevil. Rindoh does not seem especially fond of reading documents and prefers novels or legend stories. He often tries to avoid the main subject of a conversation and stops talking at the important parts. Although he is one of the city-bred, he appears to use a lot of slang in his speech, possibly indicating an accent.

Rindoh's clan holds a grudge. Rindoh does not agree with the ideals of the Benkei Faction, but he feels that he should follow as a descendant of Benkei. Rindoh had the foretelling scroll because a person from the Benkei faction stole it.

He has been working as an assassin since he was younger, and he felt like he was saved when he met the Heroine when she was a child. Although he acts cruel to the Heroine and party on the terms of the Heroine's death, it is revealed that he only behaved that way so that he could save the island and then use a potion to revive the Heroine.

Rindoh was born and raised in the Autumn Village to parents of unknown statuses. His ancestor is Lord Benkei Musashibo from the Minamoto Clan in Destiny Ninja. Rindoh is portrayed as the more mature, "big brother" of the group of ninjas. His personality can be described as outgoing, friendly, and slightly overprotective.
