Yukan Chikara is a Hopes Peak Graduate, where he was recognized as the Ultimate Superintendent. Now, he works as the Superintendent of Hopes Peak, a job he takes a humble pride in. He cares very deeply about the rules and about the students of the school, and would do almost anything to make sure they are safe. Yukan, as the only adult, sees himself as the one who should be keeping everyone safe from the challenges that lies ahead, and will enforce the rules if he believes it will secure there safety. While he can be carried away, he is diligent and kind souls that loves the students deeply. Despite this, even he has no idea why they ended up Nisshō-bi Academy and what lies in store.
