Takeyuki is the teenage son of Kirumi Tojo and Hiyoko Saionji. Small in stature but big in personality, he's not a nice or polite person unless you have money. His talent ultimately stems from his status as the government's "official" young master, being the son of a famous dancer and government worker. He gets bored of things easily as well and spends a lot of time complaining.
