Note: Although it says he is a minor character, he is the main enemy who the protagonists target, he is classified minor because there will not be a lot of appearances from him in the anime.
Marques is the Tyrant king in Eladian Quest and is the major target of the protagonists. He hides behind his knight, Exsius, who does all the fighting for him. Marques can't fight for medical conditions, his blood pressure rises dangerously when he gets too active. The king is overweight and eats a lot of food, particularly fruit.
The king is calm and mellow, his voice needs to sound like an elderly man with a smooth voice, his voice needs to be a bit higher pitched. A good thought is Walter from Jeff Dunham but without the grumpy-old-man act and more calm and casual.
He is always very calm and casual under any circumstance.
(Valera breaks into the king's ball room from the upper window in Marques's castle)
(calmly speaking) "Who are you? And why did you break my window? Have you no shame?"
(concerned) "This does not make me feel any comfortable, it's like my life choices has come back to haunt me. We need to have her executed as soon as inhumanly possible. Not execution at my capital city either, or at the castle... I'll be left too vulnerable. Exsius, go set bounties on her, hire mercenaries, do whatever you can to have her killed from outside the castle at the very least. Her in the same room with me... will be the death of me...
