Neon, The pop idol grapper. Neon is a great singer (Possibly the best) and has a cult folowing of over 20 million followers in Materia alone (Somehow -_-). Neon has had dificulties in her past so she kind of has a bipolar-multiple identity disorder. She for herself can't decide who she wants herself to be and when she does become her true self, it's very rare. Before the series starts, She and a few others from the Deep Caverns form and disband the group called Blood Frequency, a Vigilante-Assasination group who works for pay. They reform the group in the start of the series.
