Once again, the critique on your Symm applies here, too. You're VERY quiet in this. I can tell that when you do this voice you're more quiet than usual, which Mercy's pretty soft spoken, but not necessarily quiet. She has a gentle voice, but she's not whispering, which that's what it sounds like your doing. I also think the accent could be a bit stronger, too. But that's it.
