     He might seem a bit scary to meet, but he has a soft heart. With a small insult, he ends up in tears. He is one of the chosen that Kofuki and the others need to protect.

Past:

     When he was small, Cither and Odsyn would wander the world, not knowing what to do, but a worker at W.E.A.P.O.N saw them and instantly took them to the building. All they know is the sea and the building now.
