He's the cool film person/studio person who has all the equipment and irresponsibly lets you use them.

Announcer has an enthusiastic & loud personality.
He always encourages violence from the 2 and is the entertainer.
He is always either happy or over-expressive/dramatic.
He enjoys insulting and making fun of Sam and Vince.
'Announcer', known as "Lee" to Sam and Vince, is only a voice over presence and never has an actual physical persona or screen time.
