The man in charge of a small team of BLU mercs. He dresses well and expects respect. At the same time he respects each of his mercs like they were family to him. He's no saint, but he leads his men with the intention to do some good and make a little cash in the process.
NOTE: I have no reference to give you for him, because I want you to create his voice. I've given you his M.O, now it's up to you to invent the rest. I may possibly voice him myself, but I'd love to hear your takes.

(Shocked and frustrated) "Who are you? Where.. Where's the reinforcements?! You guys promised us reinforcements!"
(Sincerely responding) "These guys have family. They ain't going nowhere without them."
