(Mask Man is a temporary name) I want him to sound both friendly and eerie. He has outburst of aggressiveness, both in tone and attitude. He's a discussion of the city, as he talks to random people he meets no matter what. His appearance also starts discussion, he wears only white. White jacket, white pants, the whole thing! He even wears a creepy mask with duct tape on it... Oh yeah, did I mention he kills people? :)
