Riel for Raven
Raven is a rogue citizen of Dysentia, unlike most others, she does not posses the ability to take the form of a dragon, and instead relies on her battle tactics, weapons training and raw talent. Raven is sort of an aloof character, her backstory is unknown to anyone, not even her closest comrade, Renge, which implies she keeps to herself, and if someone doesn't ask, she doesn't tell. She's very independent and firmly believes she can take on the burdens of the world in silence, when required, her kills are silent and ruthless, no hesitation at all, and she's incredibly protective of those close to her. She'd gladly throw herself into a fire to save a friend. For Raven's voice, think something along the lines of Mikasa Ackerman from Attack on Titan, Akame from Akame ga Kill!, or maybe Blake Belladonna from RWBY
No, not just that. She has a secret army she’s been training in the northern mountains. There are at least a thousand or more dragon mergers, all ready to attack at any given time. She’s planning her attack for sometime next month, she has to be stopped.
