Seiji is a bit of a double persona character. He has his ridiculous child-like side, and then he has a suave side. He's always popular with the ladies, but he feels like they don't like him for anything more than his looks. He uses his prince character as a shield for his insecurities, which causes him a bit of internal struggle. His voice is similar to Teruteru.
