El Guapo for Jasper the Clown
Jasper the Clown is a white wolf with gray circles around his white sinister eyes, red snakes crawling up over his eyebrows and down to his gray lips. He likes to trick people by gaining their trust first then kill them. All of his victims will be transported into his "dreamland" where no bodies can be found. His voice should sound scratchy and playfully. Have fun with it.

Try to deepen your voice a bit and make it high pitch slightly, kinda like the joker. :3
I'm not sure what you mean by make it deeper and high pitch but ill give it another shot and give you another take using the joker as a reference.
