Volt is a person who can get anything working. He was hired as an electrician one day and then when he proved he was the man for the job, he became the Ultimate Electrician. Most would say that he is really hard working, hopeful, and careful while handling electrifying things. The voice required for Volt is a medium pitched male voice.
