With uncountable lifetimes worth of knowledge preprogrammed into him, Imperious is a master of all scientific and technical disciplines, and can "see" through enough of his in-built memories that he effortlessly understands the desires and weaknesses of all lesser beings around him - because whatever they want, part of Imperious Delirious has already been there, done that. '
