Bratty and Catty are a pair of vendors that can can be found in an alley to the right of the MTT Resort. They are best friends, often saying the same lines or finishing sentences for each other. They have several wares found from the Garbage Dump, including the Mystery Key. They both have Valley Girl accent.
(Note: these lines are meant to be spoken in parallelto each other; Bratty is displayed normally when Catty's lines are "italicized")
Bratty: I'm Bratty, and this is my best friend Catty.
Catty: I'm Catty, and this is my best friend, Bratty.
*both glance at each other and then laugh*
Bratty: The stuff inside is like...
Catty: Totally wicked expensive.
Bratty: But, like, the stuff we found is like...
Catty: Totally wicked cheap.
[the following is spoken in parallel]
Bratty: You should like...
Catty: Like...
Bratty: Totally wicked buy all of it?
Catty: Totally wicked buy all of it?

Bratty: I mean, like, where does anyone get guns, or food, or...
Catty: We found it in the garbage!

Bratty: It's GOOD garbage.
Catty: It's like REALLY good garbage.
Bratty: Where do we get the garbage? Like, the garbage store, duh!!!
[both pause for a moment and then speak in parallel]
Bratty: Waterfall mostly.
Catty: I found a gun in a dumpster!
[spoken in parallel]
Bratty: Oh my God. Mettaton.
Catty: Oh my GOD, METTATON.
Bratty: He's like... My robot husband.
Catty: Actually he's like... MY robot husband.
Bratty: I think we're like... both going to marry him.
Catty: We're both like, ALREADY married to him.
Catty: He just, like, doesn't know it yet.

Bratty: So, like, Dr. Alphys built Mettaton, right?
Catty: That's like, what they TELL you.
Bratty: But like... Mettaton always acts like...
Catty: ... being built was HIS idea somehow.
Bratty: And even right after he was built...
Catty: ... he acted like Alphys was an old friend.
Bratty: But they're like... Not friends anymore.
