To put it simply, Symon Riddell is a nerd. Symon is short and slender, but he thinks quickly and has great reflexes. It’s for these reasons that Symon is usually the student testing most of Professor Zuniga’s aircraft and other inventions at Tristar Academy.

  • “Don’t worry about me, professor.  I’m fine.  See? (chuckles) Not a mark on me that won’t wash off. However, the Butrisaur – well, let’s just say it’s seen better days.  Do you think we can repair it by Friday?”

  • “I’m sorry. I was testing one of the professor’s new inventions and (chuckles) it sort of exploded. Do you think Professor Pottswig will mind if I’m a little bit late for class?”
