So for this one think about one of those not old but wise sounding voice's someone that know's what he's talking about and does not have any problems saying it he's not going fast nor, slow but he's coherent and firm with his word lol, I picture it like Charles Dance playing Tywin Lannister in Game of Thrones, he's sure of what his doing thinks he knows everything and anything but it's about his voice or accent it's the authority that he commands when he speaks also this will only be for, line one which is the narrator if possible for line two and three are Mark Waids words feel free to switch your tone to something a bit different.
